Trailing Petunias are popular hanging basket plants.  Back to Black is a relatively new Petunia with deep, velvety flowers.  It looks absolutely stunning planted in hanging baskets of single colour.  To fill a 12″ or 30cm hanging basket you will need 3 Petunia plugs.  Petunias can also be used in patio containers or planted in garden borders for summer ground cover.
