How to track your plug plants through the post

Tracking your Plug Plant order with Uk Mail

Here at babyplants.co.uk, you can track your order of plug plants, once it has been collected by our courier.

We pack the plants safely into their robust containers, and send them on there way. From then you can track them using the UK mail website.

This will be a simple instruction on how to do it.

First of all you will need your order number, this can be found on any email that we send you, check your inbox for the address: [email protected]
You will need to visit the Uk Mail website to track your order. You can find it here: http://www.ukmail.com
On the right hand side of the page, about half way down, you can see a box called “Parcel Tracker”. In the space called “by reference number”, enter your babyplants order number followed by “BP” without the quote marks. So if you order number is 34, you enter 34BP and click on the GO button.
Once you reach this page you can see the status of your order, and by clicking on “unsecure”, you can read more in-depth information about the status of your order.
